Coumadin (Warfarin) Clinic In Atlanta
Coumadin (generically called warfarin) is a blood thinner that is used for the treatment and prevention of blood clots. Monitoring at regular intervals is required to ensure that the blood is kept adequately thin for effective treatment, but does not become too thin.
